Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of hydrova.com and the products and services offered by Hydrova (“Hydrova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence to place an order with Hydrova. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Products & descriptions
We work hard to describe our products accurately, including specifications, materials, colors, and filtration claims. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, imagery, or other site content are error-free, complete, or current. Colors may vary slightly across screens. If a product you receive is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our Refund & Return Policy.
Pricing & availability
All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice. Promotions, discounts, and inventory are subject to availability and may be limited or withdrawn. Despite our best efforts, a small number of products may be mispriced. If we identify a pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you for instructions or cancel the order and issue a refund.
Orders & cancellation
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or inventory limitations. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged. You may request cancellation by emailing hydrovashower@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing the order; once an order has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled as a return.

Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hydrovashower@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.
Intellectual property
All content on hydrova.com - including the Hydrova name and logo, product designs, copy, photography, video, graphics, and software - is owned by Hydrova or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for ordinary personal, non-commercial browsing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, our systems, or another user’s account
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) in ways that interfere with the site or violate these Terms
- Resell our products in a manner that misrepresents Hydrova or violates applicable law
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites or services that are not controlled by Hydrova. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Any product warranties we expressly offer (such as a stated limited warranty or our money-back guarantee in the Refund & Return Policy) apply only as written there. Hydrova does not guarantee specific health, skin, or hair outcomes; individual results vary.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction, including under Canada’s consumer protection legislation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Hydrova, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or our products will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Hydrova for the product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event, or (b) USD 100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hydrova and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) your misuse of the site or products, or (iii) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Dispute resolution
Before filing any claim, please contact us at hydrovashower@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, you and Hydrova agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
Where permitted by law, claims must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative proceeding.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the site after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
